Subject: [Leica] M9 - not much more expensive than M8?

When I talk about comparing
5D
DMR
M8
image files
and "claim" (for the M8 and DMR)
superior dynamic range
finer micro detail
far better highlight and shadow control
and easier post processing
it comes down to my personal experience
with all three systems.

In the case of the 5D and DMR comparison;
I've tested the same Leica R lenses on both sensors;
locked on a tripod aimed at the same subject
exposed within minutes of one another.

Recently I've picked up the 5D a bit more
and certainly enjoy it's auto features for quick snaps and high action.
And with enough sharpening added
can fool most peoples eyes into seeing "sharpness."

However, it doesn't carry the same sense of micro "reality"
that the DMR produces (I recognize that this statement
is both subjective and aesthetic).
