I would guess that an optimal sample of the best digital lens
precisely coupled to an optimal sample of the P65+ back
would equal or surpass print quality
from many 8x10 negatives.

And we have photographers who are stitching
a number of those image files together
achieving quite phenomenal results.

I'm speaking purely technical performance here;
not aesthetic power.
