Hi Ric,
If the price is right I would certainly go for it. The better 2 meter  
best framing frame lines in the 8.2 can be added later if the  
inaccuracy of the 0.7 close focus best framing bothers you.
The quieter shutter in the 8.2 depends on how often you have to use  
the camera in a quiet environment.
The non scratch diamond screen is a nice touch but you can buy a  
screen protector from Sony for $10.
