As you've probably noticed, there's a million different suggestions.
I dev my film in the bathroom, so I hang it in the shower to dry.
Seems to work pretty well.

As far as a final rinse, I found not enough photoflo is just as bad as
too much.  I settled upon about a dilution of 1:300 instead of 1:200.
I have a dropper and add about 1 drop per oz of distilled water in my
final rinse. It works out to about that 1:300.  I tried no photoflo
and just distilled water, and where I am with my water (tap and
distilled) that didn't work at all.  Maybe it works for some people,
but it did not work here.  I then started adding 1 drop per 8 oz of
wash water, and slowly increased by 1 drop until my negs looked good.
