I had one which was a bit like a small fan heater with a long polythene tube hanging under it about 12" x 9". It was made by Paterson here in the UK, but there must be something available in the US. In fact on page 79 of my latest B&H catalog there is on described as a 'hanging bag film dryer' at below $300.
