I agree that the PhotoMatix looks better. Maybe try backing off the blue and 
green saturation a bit. Also you may be clipping your highlights, so maybe 
try bringing them back from the right edge if you can.
Fun to play with though, yes?

I think the vote is against Lucis Pro.? ;-)? How about PhotoMatix?

It takes longer to process than Lucis but looks more natural.? It may soften 
instead of sharpening, though?? Plus, I used the default settings on 
PhotoMatix.? Lucis I pushed quite a bit.
