No they don't. In my years of shooting Canon and Olympus, I once tried  
one of the cheap Chinese adapters off ebay (don't remember now if it  
was for Canon or Olympus) but it was certainly nowhere near  
Cameraquest or Novoflex quality. Did not look similar, and most  
certainly did not work equally well.
