The light meter is in the rangefinder housing.  It will be roughly
spot if you use 43mm/50mm lens.
It will be average if you use the 150mm lens.

Regarding the panorama adapter for 135 film, I don't see any use of
it.  Ok, may be if I want to be cheap on film.  I would just use
120/220 and crop.
