I've refused to do business with KEH since the early 1990's after they sent me five mis-identified and mis-graded items. They may have corrected their ways since then, buy five times burned was enough for me. They DID take the items back and DID refund my money but enough was enough and I've never since considered giving them my business. I even asked that they quit sending me their catalogue, which they promptly did. If they've they improved their ways, that is great.
