Unfortunately, modern Western States now operate under the 'Nanny State'
role. This seems especially so in the UK and has been getting more so and
more so with time. This ill considered law would fit in nicely in the
Germany of 1933 - 1945. Not something my father's generation fought for.

Massive government bailouts are another nanny state like act and will
ultimately fail and doom the children and grandchildren of tomorrow to
un-ending debt.

Capitalism without failure is like religion without sin.
