Yes, I really do!
However, yes, there is always that however, have your subjects tilt  
their head down just a bit.
When you ask them to do that, tell them to move in mm, which is  
usually an inch or two. But a half inch is usually enough.
Keeping the face plane with the lens makes for a more "natural" pose.
The tendency in most people is to tilt their head back a bit, which  
makes for an awkward pose.
