I can tell you from my own experience, that when an image gets selected by the rest of the group, you grow a little bit taller. If you have that attitude, then you will find lots of help to mentor and stimulate you from the group. FOM2 made me into a street shooter when I'd never had the guts to do it before, and now I feel quite comfortable and fascinated by it.
