A vote of thanks goes out to the LUGites who helped me though my
first Blurb experience. The book - The Constant Eye, Vol 1 - has been
uploaded but I won't see it till after New Year.

For the record, here's the procedure I followed in the end: I
designed it in InDesign, exported the pages as a PDF, opened the PDF
in Photoshop and saved each page as a separate 300dpi PNG and then
imported the PNGs to BookSmart. I'm assured this is the way to keep
the text looking pure. We'll see!

Cheers, Paul.
