Subject: [Leica] Stupid questions about M8

Nathan,

Congrats on the new M8 (.2?). ?No reason to not use the soft release, and
yes there is a longer travel with the M8. ?As for the Review mode, you only
get the histogram by pressing the Info button. ?You will find the meter has
its quirks for tough exposure situations, as it is not the usual center
weighted pattern, but I have found you get better results by metering
manually, or taking a reading of the important levels, locking the exposure
with the shutter release then recomposing and taking the shot. YMMV.
