When my 1st M8 developed a shutter problem I knew it would be in Leica's hands for awhile. I could not bear the thought of being without my beloved M8 so I bought a second one. This time a chrome one. It looks beautiful with my older chrome lenses. For Geoff's benefit my original M8 developed the shutter problem on the 3588 shutter actuation. Yes, I know the exact photo it happened on.
