Fancy someone on this list suggesting the forthcoming Leica alternative when
someone starts a thread on another brand of camera!

Maike Harbets speaks on the S2. .... So we will drop down this technology to
our other systems.
Our priority is to modernise the R system which will be in the end an R10,
definitely.

And we'll be able to buy it as it will be imported into the USA unlike the
ZD.

The lag is a question.

The Hasselblad H series has a real lag.
Like 400 dollar point and shoots.
Only its 40,000 dollars.

A reason to rent the Leica S instead.
Superb handling supported by no lag. Its all the same thing.
You want to be able to shoot fast; mindlessly; without the camera getting in
the way.

How many Leica products digital or otherwise even made by Panasonic have
lagged?
NONE I TELL YOU! Or none that I can recall.
They're on that.

OK a guy yesterday told me his M5 lagged.
I'm not sure I agree.
