Subject: [Leica] OT: modern pocket watch?

The original one from the late sixties.I got it from my father when i did my
first solo flight.
He did the worldwide ad campaign for that watch.And tyold me that it was
pure chance that the watch was flight qaulified.
They compared a couple of watches.The watches with way better quartz covers
shattered in the temperature chamber.The omega with it,s flimsy cover did
not hence it won.
