How times change.

I remember when all this stuff was Windows only.

All us early Mac users languished in ASL (Application Software Limbo)  
whilst MSoft, Adobe/Aldus and others thrashed around writing code for  
Windows machines.

Then came iPhoto - which I use to "triage" my images - preview and  
play with them before deleting and sending the few remaining decent  
frames to Aperture.

Now I wonder if Apple will someday delight Windows users with a  
compatible version of iPhoto and Aperture, just as they did with  
QuickTime, iTunes and now, iPhone.

Probably not.

But it amuses me to postulate...
