Subject: [Leica] Canon G9 vs. the PanaLeicas; Interesting offer from Canon
From: mark at rabinergroup.com (Mark Rabiner)
Date: Fri Jul 18 00:00:31 2008

1/1.7" 4:3 14.941 9.500 7.600 5.700
Type Aspect Ratio Dia. (mm) Diagonal Width Height

A normal lens for this sized sensor is 7.6 millimeters.

The Leica Dlux three sensor diagonal and normal lens would be
 15.3939mm

And the camera is half the size and twice the format.
And twice as not ugly.

And it doesn't say "Canon" on it.
