I have an extra book by Ted on his physician series. He sent me two accidentally. The only caveat, is that it is signed to me. Ted didn't charge me for the extra book. I can open it up for bidding if more than one person would want it. The only thing is that you wouldn't pay me, you would send the payment to Ted. I can cover shipping for the US/Canada area. Anything else would be on the buyer's dime. Thanks.<<<<<< Hi Slobodan, Well thank you mon ami. Champion idea. But instead of me keeping the funds it will be donated to the Greater Victoria Hospital Foundation who've just embarked on a fund raising campaign for new heart equipment. By the way folks Slobodan isn't talking about a "hold it in your lap book." He's talking about the first medical "COFFEE TABLE BOOK." This is a heavy beautifully reproduced 14.5" X 14.5'' in size, gorgeous re-productions we rarely see these days. The book was $120.00 per copy! That was for the case bound version. Those produced with leather hand bound cover, $250.00 per copy! Very rare to find anywhere today. Many of the crew purchased case bound copies sold at the time, I think it was $60.00? If you check the archives you'll find a mountain of accolades about this book by members. And yes there's a "Photographer's Supplement" available also. Sandy Carter & I wrote it to answer some of the hundreds of questions about the how & why's from photographers. Started a trend for us in our book productions. So crew over to you. Thank you Slobodan for such a wonderful suggestion and offer. ted
