Steve,

I've really enjoyed the whole set of images. It brings back memories  
of when I was neurosurgery resident in London, working in a dark OR  
from dawn to dusk. For all you folks out there, it really is like this.

The pictures are beautifully crafted, atmospheric and give a real feel  
of what it's like. Super!
