Steve, difficult to imagine that this was a serious attempt to sell the
child for medical experiments ;-)
Very likely the offence against German law was unauthorised use of a sense
of humour. Das ist in Deutschland verboten!
As to the listing, it would have been interesting to read. 
New production, one of only three known with this serial number range.
Amateur owner, always had a bonnet and bunny rug in place to protect finish.
May require cleaning rear section to remove deposits. CLA recommended.
