The Fotodiax Leica and CO/Y adapters are sold over here by enjoyyourcamera.com - these are also excellent quality and are also available with focus confirmation chips for around 80 Euros (they are built in China). What's disappointing is the quality of the Rollei QBM to EOS adapter (for those lovely Zeiss lenses) The construction is rather rough and the tab to depress the diaphragm pin easily breaks off - this one is also marketed in Europe by enjoyyourcamera.
