Kyle - You can get a Tempurpedic-type topper to go on top of a
regular mattress. We have extra firm mattresses with a 3" memory
foam topper on them at both our house in Rock Hill and our
farm. They are just about perfect. So comfortable but with plenty
of support. As everybody else has said, though, exercise makes a
bigger difference than anything else. After I wore out two knees
carrying all of that camera equipment, I got serious about staying in
shape and doing lots of sit-ups and back exercises.

We got our memory foam toppers at Sams - king-sized for about $150,
but if you are politically opposed to Sam's, I'm sure they have them
elsewhere for a little more $ ;-)

Good luck!

Tina
