That's the head I use on my metal Bogan, which I got for 20 bucks.
The monopod that is.
Also the head.
40 buck total.

The right head is as important as what comes underneath.
Ask any beer maker.

Crouching over isn't going to cut it.
I agree its got to be able to be made eye level.
