We take the attitude that all these animals that try to eat us, are fair game. Also, properly prepared, okra is not slimey. Yankees have trouble eating it because they don't know how to cook it. The word gumbo is allegedly an African word for Okra. Many gumbos don't have it. I call a gumbow without okra "soup." We'll find something for you, Jay. Kyle didn't starve here. -- Regards, Sonny http://www.sonc.com Natchitoches, Louisiana USA On 3/5/08, Jayanand Govindaraj <jayanand@gmail.com> wrote: > > The seafood is the problem, chillies, however hot, are not!
