Bill, that's not terribly polite of you. Kind of a defensive response??
Maybe my problem was making silly puns, but jeeesh, you guys
are sensitive ;-) Chill, dude ;-)
Perhaps we both should use smileys more often? I thought all of the chatter
about the magenta etc was long settled and past history.
In fact if you trawl the archives you would find that I never indulged in
any M8 bashing; quite the opposite. I explained to Sonny
off-list it was a pun (in response to his pun about a 10 MB clothes dryer).
I'd love to own an M8. I think I would be one of the
biggest Leica fanboys on this list. No more puns without a large smiley.
Well maybe just some.

Cheers
Hoppy

I guess you must enjoy bashing the M8 ( I don't know the Aussie word
for that)

I took a bunch of office snaps (think security badges). No magenta.
And I was using the M8 with the old 58mm filter size Nocti with the B+W
cut off filter. No magenta. What exactly is your problem???
