Two great pictures, I see you obtain the best of your M8. 

Reading the picture information I have a question about the use of the
files, I'm absolutely inexpert on digital things. 

The RAW files give the optimum quality, if I never shoot on digital, it will
be on my mind to have the files that allow me obtain the same quality as I
can have with a negative, but if you shoot on RAW mode, following the
insructions manual I undersatnd that only can be stored 93 pictures on a 1
Gb memory card, and this is very few.

Which is your usual way to shot and your reccomendation? one of the
advantages of digital is that you can shot several hunderets of pics on a
card.
