Quite so; but it's tied to the camera. So if the shutter goes the  
back's a bit useless.

Personally, coming from a long time user of large and medium format  
gear, I really like the "interchangeable back" concept. The wildly,  
wonderfully, weird DMR has that, "hey, push come to shove, I can put  
a roll of film this puppy" aspect.

I'd love to have that "back" up possibility on all my cameras.
