Very fine pictures Hoppy, nice light very well balanced and nice color
reproduction, an interesting experience!

I suppose you get too a belgian product...

Folks a little while back I posted pictures from a very enjoyable visit with
AUSLUG fellow member Marty.

Marty generously loaned me his M8 to try. Here are a couple of new pics.

I learnt a lot about white balance, the superb flexibility of RAW files and
IR sensitivity.

I also found that this M8 makes stunningly sharp and smooth images with my
glass.

Marty with Summicron 28 asph and the portrait with Elmar M 90. 

The files are robust and an absolute pleasure to work with, even when I
attempted the most adverse conditions. No new news there to
M8 owners, I'm sure.

The picture show Marty assessing a Belgian product and,

Explaining something about DOF with Nocti's, or was it something about Nikon
users,

 

The last is a BW conversion made from a low light image in a room full of
livid colour.
