The cheese market is fascinating but the whole lot really held my interest. My daughter now wants to go for hot chocolate and to find that endearing little dog. We went to see the famous cheese market in Alkmaar, and then moved on to Amsterdam to see Steve Bloom's wildlife exhibition, have lunch and browse at Waterstone's.
