To quote the apocryphal Klaus Lilac "some people call it crumbed fried chicken, but I just call it schnitzel, schnitzel baby". A chicken breast, flattened, coated in breadcrumbs and fried. Top with a thin layer of a tomato-based sauce and cheese, then grill until the cheese melts and becomes golden on top. Miraculous, even if one really ought to fast for the following week.
