Could not have said that better. The photo actually was taken expressly to 
show to Marty. Marty is the schnitzel king of Adelaide.
The schnitzels are also done with veal, steak or pork.

I have to jump in.  To quote the apocryphal Klaus Lilac "some people call
it crumbed fried chicken, but I just call it schnitzel, schnitzel baby".

A chicken breast, flattened, coated in breadcrumbs and fried.  Top with a
thin layer of a tomato-based sauce and cheese, then grill until the
cheese melts and becomes golden on top.  Miraculous, even if one really
ought to fast for the following week.  Known locally as schnitzel
parmigiana.

One of my favourite foods.  Possibly the reason I am not as thin as I
once was.
