I saw Douglas' posting and I must say, I was very disappointed. I am waiting for a p/s large CCD camera " Wie ein Hund auf die Wurst", as we said in the old country- (which means like a dog waits for a sausage). I guess if Sigma gets the ball rolling other manufacturers will not be too far behind, but they will not want to compete with themselves and their own DSLR business. vroger
