You might like a picture I took on my little D-LUX2 of rippling seawater over coloured pebbles on a beach in the Scottish Highlands. I noticed that the bright sun was focussed into transient stripes that moved. I took quite a few but chose this one as the best. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/mnsh/Scotland/pebbles.jpg.html Matthew -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+matthew=hunt.tc@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+matthew=hunt.tc@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of geebee Sent: 29 May 2007 23:16 To: Leica Users Group Subject: Re: [Leica] IMG : #138 From: "Matthew Hunt" <matthew@hunt.tc> Subject: RE: [Leica] IMG : #138 > I also looked back to picture 07136 and wondered what > the fantastic patterns were .. is it tree bark or mud? > Matthew > >> Leica M6 : 50mm Noctilux : Kodak Professional >> BW400 CN >> >> http://www.geebeephoto.com/2007/07136.htm >> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- Hi Matthew, It is running water. I straddled a stream and photographed it looking straight down. The flow of the water is from the bottom of the frame to the top and I showed it that way for the 'face' in the water. Thanks for looking. --Graham _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group. See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
