However, maybe I can contribute. I have the cheaper model which is made in a gusset style. It has the moulded bump. It adds good security, I find, especially for a vertical hold. My hands are just medium sized. It is also very stable on a flat surface due to the two discrete edges along the base. Not suitable, however to have the tripod mount added into the base, if that is a consideration for you. <http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/gh/a/m6Luigistyle.jpg.html> Leica seem to have duplicated this bump arrangement in their new half case designs. I would think that the feel of the two is similar. Luigi does make case variations with a built in full height spacer to duplicate the full grip, if you care for that. Cheers Hoppy -----Original Message----- Subject: [Leica] Luigi half case and large hands Does anyone in or near Seattle have an M camera with a Luigi half case? I tried the Leica half case (aka "camera protector," but it doesn't quite fit my hand. I have size 13-14 feet (U.S. size) and hands proportionately long. The Luigi cases have a bump on the front fo the fingers of the right hand. I'd like to hold one and see how it feels before I order. --Peter _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
