So, send a copy of the original sales receipt, the original passport card, and a letter demanding refund of the charges for your Summilux repair. Follow up with a phone call to Leica N.J. They really are pretty good to deal with once you talk to the folks. Seth used to be on this list so you will have his email. If you still have grief you might ask him to intercede as he has very good relations with N.J. The address on my 50 Summilux passport warranty purchased several years ago went to the correct place so perhaps this was grey market at one point.
