Victor, it's a nice, fun and enthusiastic portrait of Violet, but it looks
like she's bathing her pet hamster. Is its name Seitan???
Cheers

Hi All:
In trying to practice what I preach, I took, of all things, a cooking class
last week. We were working with Seitan, a wonderful glutenous meat
substitute. Although I am not a vegetarian per se, I eat mainly fish and
meat substitutes. Seitan generally was so good, I decided I wanted to learn
how to make it. Violet, a fellow student, really threw herself into the
program and gave new meaning to needing (kneading) dough. Bests: vroger
