I had the identical show in black 11.5 a lot looser. Maybe I used to put them in shoe stretchers back in Portland when I was done wearing them. But a show stretcher I got here with the screw thing in the back which is much more a demonic shoe stretcher seems like its going to work. One shoe at a time but mainly the right one.
