I see it as a tool in the hands of doctors like Steve, which helps them save the child's life. I think medical technology is wonderful, and nowhere more so than when to put to uses like what Steve has shown (I am less enthusiastic when it is used to transplant a uterus so that a woman can carry her "own" child when there are so many adoptable children out there).
