Subject: [Leica] Non-US LUG Book Shipment, or No LUGger Left Behind

Here in the Netherlands Michiel is coordinating Benelux orders. As of
the other day, when he had 5 people who wanted a book, the shipping cost
per book had dropped to something in the $20 range.

The same thing could be done in any other country where there are
several LUGgers, e.g. the UK, Germany. Or even on a pan-European level.
Shipping a book from the Netherlands to Denmark, say, is not very
expensive either.
