All good....   But if you suspect the lens is still not focusing right, get 
it checked out.....both the body and the lens.

It makes the present VF 1.25 times more powerful.  I think you do get to .85 
in the M8.....

The basic M8 is 0.68  ( Leica Lit ).  If you multiply this by 1.25 you get, 
0.85.  Much better for the 75 /1.4 and the 50/1.

How about using the 1.25 magnifier to help with focus? I've ordered
one with my M8 because it just seems to make sense - makes the
view-finder into a .85 insteald of a .6? something or other.
