Subject: [Leica] A tripod, an M8, and two candles

Could it be that the Noctilux's extremely shallow depth of field (at f/1) 
combined with its increased effective focal length on the M8 just makes it 
harder to realize correct focus on that camera?

Tina, you're not the first person I've heard say that - some people of the
Leica User Forum have expressed the same thought. It might be worthwhile
having the camera/lens calibrated.
