Does this mean you don't know, Alistair, or they don't know?  In any 
case, if you have a tilted horizon, go to the tools palette in 
Photoshop and right click on the tool that looks like an 
eyedropper.  The drop down menu will say Measure Tool.  Select it and 
then use that tool to draw a line along the tilted horizon (or a 
tilted tree or building vertically) then go to Image > Rotate 
Canvas > Arbitrary.  It will tell you how many degrees your horizon 
or tree is off level.  Click OK and it will straighten the horizon or 
tree for you.  Then you just need to crop the photo to fit the new 
horizon.  It's magic and one of the best tools in Photoshop!
