Imacon FlexColor.  I also tried the trial versions of Capture 1 and 
Silkypix; they both worked well with the DMR's .DNG files, and C1 
supposedly handles noise better than FlexColor, but I've stuck with 
FlexColor because it was available for free and because Silkypix runs 
very slowly on my computer.  I've been delighted with the DMR's color 
quality with FlexColor.  Hell was when I had to match some in-camera 
jpgs from a Canon DSLR to the DMR's pictures.
