No limit is a bad idea.  The contest should be a competition of 
considered quality, not scattershot attempts,* and we don't want to 
swamp the judges with entries.

*"Jeez, I just can't make up my mind which is my very best shot this 
month, I think I'll submit my best 6, or 10, etc."
