Subject: [Leica] Replacement for the C86 printer with Ultratone (carbon) inks

Every time I think about replacing my 7-year-old Epson 1270 it murmurs
and spits out a fine b&w print. Epson offers the 1280 and that would be
my choice. The 2200 and 2400 are great machines but the b&w output is no
better than the 1280. Ink Supply dot com offers pigment inks and empty
cartridges (without sponges) and a small gizmo which resets the Epson
chip to full. Additionally, the 1280 makes bigger prints at a faster
rate than the C86.
