             As someone associated with airports and the issue of arms and
ammunition - the
             solution suggested may apply to some countries and accepted by
airlines that operate from
             their airports

             It will not apply to stricter airports that will either
confiscate the arm or insist on
             sighting the licence to carry the arm etc

             Its not worth the hassle
