Going clockwise, starting at 7 o'clock:

Goat
peri-peri (some write: piri-piri or pili-pili)
2 kinds of traditional sadza (some like grits, made from sorghum and
something else)
covo (a spinach/Giant English Rape/cabbage plant)
beef
another green cooked with peanut butter
lamb (I think)
and ... drum-roll
THE BUG!
