First and foremeost  - We all just want to make Images.

Whatever you can afford or choose to shoot is your business.

My DMR is not bling, nor over compensation for any psychological need or
lust.
It is well made and produces stunning results. It was a stretch, but yes, I
could afford it.
I have no one to answer to except myself (and my wife)

There are lots of other superb options out there.
If you don't care to discuss Leica gear or take issue with Leica, there are
plenty of other forums to join.
